Moonhill Capital invests in Assisterr
Data Layer for Decentralised AI Community-Owned Alternative to Big Tech AI Monopoly.
OVERVIEW
Assisterr team is building a data-layer for community-owned AI models.
Assisterr is reimagining Knowledge Capital Market by providing an equal opportunity to contribute to AI models and benefit from its progress.
Initial use case for DevRel AI agents is already live, generating revenue, and supports developers on Solana, NEAR, Particle Network, Optimism and other ecosystems.
Now in the phase of closing the lead investor - will be probably one of these: Longhash or Foresight Ventures. Raising 4M USD in this round, already got 2M USD commits. As we are investing before the lead investor is finalized yet, we do not know the valuation, but it will be in range of 25-30M USD.
Plan is to launch the token by Q3, to offer the investors returns yet in this market cycle. Cliff and vestings are yet to be finalized as well, worst case scenario is 3 months cliff and 15 months linear vesting, or it could be no cliff and 18 months vesting.

- Token utility comes from the need - to be data validator and to be data contributor or creator of the model, everyone will need to stake the tokens, to secure that there will be possibility to slash the rewards of any potential malicious actors. As well, if someone will use data from any language model build on Assisterr, there will be fees associated with the usage. Those fees will be shared with validators, contributors and creators of the models
